In Lyon for 188 years, the brasserie is called Georges. It was there long before the dreadful Perrache station and will be there long after its renovation. In the indestructible genre, with its incredible decor, 700m2 ceiling, imposing chandeliers that we hope are well hung and its eternal limonaire to play "happy birthday" with the lights off and the room at full blast.
