The institution of Lyon specialities and brasserie dishes in Lyon.
In Lyon for 188 years, the brasserie is called Georges. It was there long before the dreadful Perrache station and will be there long after its renovation. In the indestructible genre, with its incredible decor, 700m2 ceiling, imposing chandeliers that we hope are well hung and its eternal limonaire to play "happy birthday" with the lights off and the room at full blast. The ballet of 25 waiters who manage over 450 covers simultaneously - a noisy, lively atmosphere -, waltzing between the tables the emblematic dishes of the house: sauerkraut, tartar prepared according to the rules of the art before your very eyes, Lyonnais specialties and a Norwegian omelette. Lyon's heritage.

For food, it is good, but if the meat share is good, the vegetables accompanying you are really in minimum amount. Our planes selected three different dishes and three garnishes were too low in quantity (the choucroutes of our neighbours seemed furnished better). It is also a little expensive, the fame is paid too. It is to be made at least once.
Venir à deux, ou en petit groupe comme en très grand groupe, c'est aussi magique.
