A space that has taken another dimension since the chef Roger Jealous, one of the Best Workers in France who spent a few years alongside a certain Paul Bocuse, took over the orders of the house. Just sit down at the beautiful shaded terrace or discover the warm decor recently redone, playing with the transparencies and light, composed by the architect Florent Egasse. Quality cuisine by a chef Blanches White Lyon who delivers his version of lyon specialities: poached eggs in meurette, bowl of homemade foie foie, forest brochet sauce American sauce. Side card, gras gras steak, fruity sauce, well-composed salads, excellent XL tartare, home hamburger, salmon tartar, to finish with snow eggs, terrible waffles or delicious chocolate and its vanilla ice.
