Restaurant with a beautiful and bright room in Lyon.
The perfect union between a magnificent site, the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, an exceptional venue, a warm and elegant dining room, and a remarkable chef, the excellent Matthieu Charrois, supported by his efficient teams in the dining room and kitchen. We're particularly impressed by the unbeatable lunchtime menu (still unchanged!), where you can feast on a carefully prepared menu featuring fresh seasonal produce. On the à la carte menu, the chef takes advantage of his travels to reinterpret the classics of Lyonnais cuisine. Exceptional cuisine within everyone's reach.

Mon mari a pris un menu gourmet 85€ avec 2 entrées.
La deuxième entrée "St Jacques " n'était pas travaillé, très légère.
Une sauce au noix avec 2 petites St Jacques. Il a regretté avoir pris le menu le plus élevé.
Le poisson qui a suivi était un peu trop cuit et encore une fois la portion n'était pas au rdv. Pas de fromage à ce prix là..mais le dessert était succulent (gulum). Pas de mignardises.
Pour ma part, ris de veau et magret à la carte...Cuisine bonne mais ne vaut pas ces prix.
Un verre de vin chacun à 11€ qui était délicieux mais encore une fois un "tout petit verre" servi..nous ne reviendrons pas dîner mais peut être déjeuner cela vaut plus le coup.
