Restaurant offering a cuisine oriented towards seafood in Lyon.
Recognized by his peers and all gourmands as an excellent cook who has been delighting us for years at his Rue de la Charité address, Cuisine et Dépendance, chef Fabrice Bonnot was elevated last year to the rank of Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite for his many charitable actions, notably "Soupe en Scène", a solidarity festival that helps the most underprivileged. So, if you want to discover a remarkable cuisine in all simplicity, particularly on the seaside with a delicious Blanc de turbot, rattes et artichauts, beurre mousseux aux aromates, and to support all the actions led by a committed chef, share this address that defends great values.
