In the heart of Lyon, the Rue Neuve has been renewed with the arrival of L'Arquebuse. A restaurant that doesn't go for trendy exuberance (and so much the better!), but which does its job perfectly, with a cocktail menu to match. The small, adorable terrace mirrors the elegant, refined dining room. In the kitchen, Chef Jérôme prepares seasonal produce presented on a menu that leaves little choice - 5 starters, 5 main courses - but a maximum of freshness and great flavors, as in this rib of pork, porcini mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. The wine selection adds to the pleasure. An Arquebuse that hits its gourmet target.

Je recommande le Menu entrée plat dessert où chaque assiette était élaborée et bien présentée. Leur offre de verre de vin est bien fournie et parfaitement adaptée aux différents choix. Très belle décoration.
