In the axis of the Saint-Georges footbridge, this western part of rue Sala was until now a bit of a forgotten spot in the Ainay district when it came to restaurants. What a delight it was to discover Art Restaurant and its band of enthusiasts, who share their gourmet vision of good living à la lyonnaise. A small summer terrace and a warm, green dining room that makes you feel terribly at home. Excellent work on exceptional dishes for a careful and innovative cuisine, combining products from short circuits with flavors from elsewhere. Delicious encounters to share. An excellent wine list. Je vous recommande vivement le ceviche de daurade royale, généreusement garni de poisson, et bien sûr, leur bœuf Wellington, un véritable chef-d'œuvre. Mention spéciale également pour les cocktails.
