it's been 12 years since the Comptoir d'Ainay lit up the antiques district with its red façade, delighting gourmets with creative cuisine made with love every day. A beautiful house with a cosy atmosphere, where chef Romain Renard showcases his talented vision of bistronomy. With a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and attentive service, he offers us the best conditions - on the terrace in season, in a cosy dining room or on the high chairs at the counter - for delicious instinctive cooking, using fresh seasonal produce, combining traditional Lyonnaise dishes with personal creations, always in a gourmet spirit. Tout simplement génial ! Nous sommes arrivés avec une réservation via une plateforme en ligne qui n'avait pas prévenu le restaurant. Malgré ça, nous avons pu avoir une place !

La cuisine est tout simplement délicieux, un vrai délice ! Une qualité exceptionnelle du début à la fin du repas. Un large choix de vins.

Réservation pour 21h45, en sortie de séance en plein Festival Lumière, passée à 18h30 et validée par le restaurant par mail dans la foulée. Finalement, nous arrivons réjouis au restaurant à 21h30 pour apprendre qu’un mail est parti à 21h07 pour annuler notre réservation…
