Faible rapport qualité prix.
Manque de professionnalisme et de diligence du personnel, et en particulier la cheffe de réception qui était désagréable et devrait revoir sa façon de traiter les clients d’un hôtel de standing. En effet, au moment du check-out, j’ai signalé une sur-facturation, et sa première réaction était de remettre en question ma remarque et dire « Non, il n’y a pas eu d’erreur » avant même de vérifier la facture. Et quand j’ai essayé de lui expliquer, par une formule mathématique basique, pourquoi à mon sens le montant facturé était erroné, elle a répondu d’une manière désagréable voire agressive, en me demandant de « me calmer » pour ensuite affirmer que le « système » s’était trompé dans la facturation.
