Eye yoga and its benefits

Eye yoga, also known as the Bates Method, named after the American ophthalmologist William Bates, consists of visual exercises designed to relax and irrigate the eyeballs. Eye yoga improves vision, relieves eye fatigue and prevents presbyopia.

Tips for preserving good eyesight :

- Good hydration is necessary for vision

- Food also plays an important role, avoid industrial and overly sweet products. Prefer seasonal fruits and vegetables.

- Beware of screen lights that are harmful to the eyes, take breaks and get blue light protection glasses

C'est un magasin qui vous proposera un vent de fraîcheur avec des montures originales et atypiques. Le lieu est agréable à l'image du vendeur qui saura être à votre écoute. Une adresse incontournable à Lyon si vous souhaitez ne pas avoir la même paire que tout le monde et en même tant récompensé des artisans.
