At the heart of the peninsula, the 1 Solites Caffé was able to renew a concept that was thought to be breathtaking and little seen in Lyon, that of the live music bar. It must be said that Sébastien and Virginia know perfectly well what a live music bar is, since they have both, in their own way, been pillars of Georgia, one of the best lyon addresses in this area. Now Sébastien and Virginia - the latter looking after the kitchen - receive us in their cheerful, festive and gourmet establishment where you can spend excellent moments at large hours. At the same time coffee counter, wine bar, tapas bar and concert place, 1 Solites Caffé well deserved his name. At noon, it is the salads and the slices that enjoy a pleasant terrace with the right taste to be out all year round. The afterwork can start at the moment of the aperitif around a good glass of wine - no less than 25 wines with a glass à la carte -, served by glass, pot or bottle, to extend very naturally by a fine tapas tasting (served from 19 h in the evening): couteau beef tartare, gambas and pistachio gambas, homemade liver liver, smoked salmon, and Royans's ravioles in Beaufort. The evening continues and the atmosphere rises around the bar held by Dominica. Everywhere, even on the mezzanine, people sing and dance by listening to good music, that of artists playing live and this summer we have been able to take the aperitif in music with a DJ set. An address that keeps all its promises, Word de Smart.
