At Chez Eux, there's no cheating on origins, since the owner hails from Prunelli di Casacconi, a charming little village in the hills near Bastia, nor on originality in an unusual dining room that takes us back in time. The pleasures of a cuisine inspired by the mama's traditional recipes, seasonal produce and a selection of Corsica's finest products. Charcuterie platter, brocciu omelette, followed by baked lamb confit à la nepita or linguine with prawns. Successful homemade beef tartare, not forgetting the homemade chocolate mousse with Corsican clementine jam. Island wines that make you want to stay at home.
