Restaurant whose chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, perpetuates the Lyon tradition.

Just 20 years ago, Joseph Viola took over from Daniel and Denise Léron at their bouchon, established in 1968, and became one of France's Best Craftsmen. Since then, not only on rue de Créqui, but also in Saint-Jean, Croix-Rousse and Villeurbanne, the chef has put his vision of "bouchon" cuisine into practice. The best gourmet example is his famous 2009 World Champion pâté en croûte with sweetbreads, veal walnuts and foie gras. Saladiers lyonnaise, calf's head cooked in court-bouillon with ravigote sauce... You'll lose your mind!

L'incontournable paté croute
Un incontournable de la cuisine lyonnaise, certes, mais leur paté croûte... leur paté croûte... Ceux qui n'en raffolent pas (comme moi) ne peuvent que s'incliner. Exceptionnel.

Comment passer par Lyon sans goûter à un des ses fameux bouchons. Très bonne adresse et cuisine de qualité et copieuse. On regrette cependant le manque de choix dans les menus et l'addition un peu salée.

Très très bonne adresse. La cuisine traditionnelle lyonnaise et délicieuse et le rapport qualité prix est excellent pour un restaurant de chef étoilé.

Ce restaurant est un bouchon lyonnais gastronomique. Le chef est un MOF. la cuisine est délicieuse mais un peu chère.
