Restaurant offering perfectly prepared meat and homemade foie gras terrine.
" To beef or not to beef "and there is no question to go to eat an excellent piece of meat in Boys Butchers. Let's say that we have the best seats, the most comfortable and the counter of all the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. After that, the gourmands always have the choice between a mini-terrace inside and under glass (not our favourite for the blow but ideal for smokers), a room on the floor and the counter where you are so good. We begin by savouring the smile of a lovely waitress (this changes boys) who offers us a good glass of wine while putting the slate at disposal to make our choice. No surprise, meat is in honour and it will be perfectly prepared. But in the meantime, to taste our wine, we're ordering a bowl of homemade foie gras that contributes to the reputation of the boys who have the symbol. To follow, the beef tartar is cut to the knife - in version 200 or 300 g - is just one of Lyon's best, the boy's hamburger, which is also "special to foie gras", has largely proved its worth with chips worthy of this name. The butcher's pieces (mudflap, tender, cœur heart, tab, net, pavement…) all deserve to be goûtées, the Butcher Base offers a beautiful piece of bravery and duck magret sauce. Mother Richard of Mother Richard and praline pie to finish our pot in beauty. Boys Butchers: another good reason to discover the Halles de Lyon.
