In a pedestrian street, just steps from the Share Dieu and the Halles de Lyon, the table of Olivier Delbergues - accompanied by its charming wife Jennifer - offers us a remarkable bistronomique step. A bright frame thanks to the huge glass roof set on the street, well placed tables, comfortable chairs, elegant and friendly atmosphere, just as you love. Prix très abordable pour le déjeuner…
Une valeur sûre le menu signature ????
Nouveau décor très agréable mais j’ai mes petits habitudes … il me manque le véranda ???????? la qualité gustative et visuelle mérite une étoile Michelin ⭐️
Pavé de cerf servi saignant, fricassée de pomme grenaille, échalote et ail confites, chou-fleur au beurre noisette et réduction de jus de viande au vin rouge —> belle decouverte
Et enfin le parfait de clémentine qui est tout simplement un régale
Connaissant déjà le restaurant de part les nombreux déjeuners pris dans le cadre du travail, j’ai été très heureux de faire découvrir ce dernier lors d’un dîner !
Et le 23 decembre on goûtera leur Foie Gras et Saumon fumé fait maison en vente à emporter.
