From the Arsenic to the culinary arts, there's only one step to take with Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie. Always keen to shake up traditional cuisine and give young people a chance to express their talents, the chef has created this "new chefs' scene". Juliette Tuzzolino's turn at this incubator for future gastronomic "aces" is to introduce us to her culinary universe. Trained at the finest restaurants, her short menu includes personal dishes such as "mimosa leeks from my childhood", as well as a surprising pressé of confit pork, celery and helianti, before a tarte Tatin 2.0. Mon conjoint et moi avons passé une excellente soirée, tout était très agréable. Un service sur mesure, nous avons vraiment apprécié échanger avec les serveurs, la cheffe, et savourer chaque plat. Les sélections de vins étaient étonnantes, une vraie expérience, merci encore ! Très rentable pour la qualité du lieu ????

Une ambiance feutrée. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Jordan le sommelier. Un menu Saint Valentin raffiné et plein de saveurs avec des produits de saison. Nous nous sommes régalés. L'accord mets vins concocté par le sommelier était parfait . La vue sur les cuisines permet de voir que la partition entre les 3 cuisiniers se fait dans le calme et la bonne humeur .
