As a showcase for local gastronomy, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse is home to a restaurant serving local and international gourmets the best of Lyon's specialties. This part of Les Halles is also open to the outside world, offering Resto Halle a pleasant terrace in fine weather. A menu in the city's colors, featuring Lyonnais delicacies: a plate of quality charcuterie, chicken liver cake, pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, brioche sausage, andouillette with veal strawberry... A gourmet recital accompanied by 2 vegetarian dishes and a fine wine list with regional accents. Good humor and good food.

Je déconseille ce restaurant, le service n’est pas fameux et l’arrogance des serveurs est assez désagréable…
De plus, les plats arrivent froids (…) sans doute a cause de l’organisation pitoyable des cuisines..
Je vous déconseille fortement ce « restaurant » si vous souhaitez manger convenablement et dans une bonne ambiance.
