Special mention for the quality of meat pieces, authentic meat bouchères meat. This fall à la carte, a duck fat duck duo chutney apple and hazelnut, a beef net rossini to au juice, a whole fish roasted at low temperature. In the evening, don't miss a sea pot in crust, sauce. We finish with a delicious chocolate-baked oven and its red fruit grout. Another mention is Smart, for wine selection, glass or bottle, with French and foreign wines. 21/wine, a deserved note.
