On a street corner behind the Bourse du Travail, a restaurant to "freshen up". L'Annexe may no longer exist, but the entire team is concentrating its energy and good humor on the parent company, a former neighborhood bistro that has been converted into a top-quality, value-driven restaurant (Ecotable label). At the helm, Xavier and Marie-Laure Radojewski, accompanied by Philippe in the dining room, combine food and wine with the same passion. Everything is based on seasonal produce, with a preference for short-distance produce such as the vegetables supplied by the Pyod family in the Ain region, or the beef from the Clavisy farm in the Yonne region. Vegetarians and children welcome. Superb wine list.
