Restaurant offering a fresh cuisine in Lyon.
Lucien, il a du chien (if you don't have the reference, it's because you don't know Lucien...). We've been raving about this address, which could well be transferred to our bistronomic section, and we're delighted to see it in other guides... The excellent chef Benjamin Nieto, with his South-Western influences, selects fresh seasonal produce to help us devour life to the full. The à la carte menu is a feast for the senses, with sweetbreads of Aveyron lamb cooked in sparkling butter, Aubrac beef shank or cod roasted on the skin. Superb wine list served by Léa. And if you lick your dish, Lucien won't mind!
