When we go to the family, it is not always a pleasure. This summer, when the heat didn't open up the appetite especially, a round zucchini stuffed with small vegetables, eggs and roasted potatoes made it (the appetite of course). It's always fresh with herbal hake or a thigh of crystallized can to tomato oil, to finish with apricot clafoutis and dough cream. A Smart family is happy to take the time of a meal.
