A bouchon is not just about food, it's also about atmosphere. And that of Notre Maison is certainly the most joyous, the most festive, that we know. The tone is set right from the front door, in a house where grumblers and green salad lovers are not welcome. Here, we love life, (good) fat, (good) food and laughing with our table-mates. A table where you can end up singing... Indescribable room with its photos, objects and castelet. Excellent cuisine served in table-top casseroles, invariable dishes like roast pig's trotters or black pudding with cream. Authentic Lyonnais spirit for evenings with more meat than pâté de tête.

The menu offers little choice but all dishes are so successful and delicious and portions titanic.
The decor is typically lyon, paintings, etc. gignols. and white tablecloths with red tiles!
The owner provides himself in the best producers to les halles Lyon than the final not frozen!
And the atmosphere is fabulous, the owner comes to see you systematically it tours tables and offers the digestive not but dust bottle of hard stuff on the table...
The excellent evening, best long.
