You'll have to climb down a few steps to succumb to the charm of a beautiful vaulted cellar, where you'll always be greeted with a smile by Marilyn, a darling, and her team. In the best Lyonnais tradition, Grand-Mère prepares home cooking using quality local produce. Comme son label l'indique, un vrai bouchon lyonnais ! Une cuisine simple mais très bonne avec des produits frais et des plats locaux, que du bon ! Et ne pas hésiter à prendre un communard en apéritif ????

The food was excellent but the service was very slow. I had the onion soup, coq au vin, creamy chicken and chocolate cake. The only one I didn’t enjoy was the chocolate cake - waited 20mins for it to arrive. Finally I asked the server and it came. Yet, it was like it was undercooked.

The eating space is very tight but expected for a traditional eatery like this.

Oeuf en meurette sauce un peu trop acide, gâteau de foie, bœuf braisé, quenelle sauce nantua très bonne. Ile flottante au x pralines roses, fondant chocolat. Bien.
Assez bien dans l ensemble.
Le cadre est agréable, de grandes tables au centre de la pièce où on mange en compagnie d autres personnes, c est assez sympa.

Menu entrée plat dessert à 26.90€. très bonne quenelle de brochet. Très bonne tarte à la praline . Choix de thé basique Lipton avec le thé gourmand.
