A door opens in Vieux Lyon and you're in Morocco. For many years now, Touareg has been transporting us to the other side of the Mediterranean. The warm décor reflects the smiling welcome, and the traditional objects create an authentic setting where tradition and culinary innovation combine in dishes that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. Revisited classics of Moroccan cuisine, with specialties such as pastilla from Fez, Tangia from Essaouira, grilled meats, red mullet fillet, not forgetting the unmissable couscous and Touareg tajines. Oriental patisseries complete the menu, including a catering service for evenings out.

Pour votre information : « Art. L. 541‑15‑7. – Les restaurants et les débits de boissons à consommer sur place mettent gratuitement à la disposition de leurs clients des contenants réutilisables ou recyclables permettant d’emporter les aliments ou boissons non consommés sur place. » (amendement CD106 en date du 29/03/2018)
Je vous signale donc qu’il n’est pas légal de faire payer 2,50 euros pour une boîte en plastique, et que vos excuses fallacieuses aussi nombreuses soient-elles ne changent rien à la loi.
A part cette déconvenue, très bonnes recettes et cadre sublime.
