Owner's Message
Born in the middle of the last century, the restaurant was at the time the landmark of Eluard and Aragon who came to meet on the Place de la Baleine for lunch.
Formerly called "le café des primeurs" in reference to the market located on the quai de Saône, the restaurant was taken over after the war by the famous Tante Paulette. Then successively by the Bolomier, Monnet and Fournier families who gave it its letters of nobility. The establishment takes its name from the rue des Trois Maries named in the 17th century in honor of the three saints of the Gospel: Marie-Salomé, Marie Jacobée, and Marie-Madeleine.
This restaurant is ideally located in the heart of Old Lyon. On sunny days, you can take the time to discover a menu on the terrace where time stands still. Dishes cooked just right, with an authentic taste where the products are carefully selected as close to Lyon as possible.
