We had to wait several years to get together in the capital of Gaules before finally taking the plunge and fulfilling our dream of opening our own restaurant in 2023!
Passionate about cooking for as long as they can remember, the Pisacane family siblings Antonio, Arianna and Viviana all graduated from Italy's prestigious ALMA culinary school.
They forge their experience by passing through institutions such as Michel Guerrard les près d'Eugénie (Eugénie-les bains), Éric Fréchon (Paris), Joël Robuchon's workshop (Paris) Maaemo (Norway), Philippe Léveillé (Italy) to name but a few
En Salle Alban Perez has worked in prestigious establishments such as Paul Bocuse's Auberge du pont de Colonge (Lyon), Shannon Bennett's Vue de monde(Auckland), Neil Perry's Rockpool bar and Grill (Melbourne).
For us, there is no ambition other than to offer a cuisine that's as good as it gets
homemade cuisine that follows the natural rhythm of the seasons. Authentic yet modern, with Franco-Italian inspirations, served in a simple yet elegant setting.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’improviste, sur le tard, et nous avons été formidablement accueillis.
Ambiance chaleureuse, service impeccable.
Cuisine remarquable, subtil mélange des cuisines française et italienne.
Une étape incontournable a Lyon.
l'atmosphère est chic et chaleureuse.
Nous avons opter pour le menu à 80€ et s'était au delà de notre espérance, succulent, les deux entrées parfaites (quantité et qualité vont de paire). Nous avons ajouté à notre menu une assiette de fromages(encore un mélange franco italien ).
Le service est rapide, et bienveillant.
L'accord des vins est audacieux et de qualité.
Je recommande en tout point ce restaurant.
