Restaurant with panoramic view offering an exceptional wine list in Lyon.
A magnificent location, a former convent turned luxury hotel and gourmet restaurant, as only Lyon can offer, opening its panoramic glass roof onto the cityscape. Refined cuisine from chefs David Delsart and John Leon, who shake up the classics with a quenelle of scallops, ginger and lemongrass, or a duo of pigeon and foie gras, cabbage and amber beer. The vegetarian menu delights with the rhythm of the seasons. The wine list is among the best. A shining star for all.

View of any beauty of Old Lyon but it is what passes in cuisine and what is in the dish that is the most interesting. it is truly dishes of high flight. the carpaccio of scallops with celery remoulade was worth dying for. Even treat with cold lobster served with mushrooms. Just divine!
Delicious foie gras! an authentic décor, a former bourgeois house! not to look at the expenses but a real treat! waiters very professional!
