Each meal on February 14th opens a new episode on the gastronomic cuisine of Japanese chef Tsuyoshi Arai. In Vieux Lyon, the perfect setting for romantic declarations of love and marriage proposals, this is the most "love love" address there is. The Q.E.D. menu changes every month, and even every service, depending on the availability of exceptional products, with a few possible variations, notably around roasted blue lobster or wagyu beef.
