Nous connaissions la maison Pralus par des amis roannais et depuis que cet établissement s'est installé à la Croix Rousse nous ne pouvons résister à la merveilleuse et délicieuse brioche aux pralines qui est incomparable. Une excellente adresse pour les gourmands.
