They are few in Lyon the cutlers of arts and this brand, founded in 1847 (please!), certainly offers the best knives with homemade creations, like the Confluent, very useful city knife, and the greatest brands to cut in the deep: Laguiole, Opinel, Total, Global, Cold Steel, Victorinox, WMF, Au Nain, Wenger... But also scissors which really cut, not forgetting that you can have everything sharpened in their workshops and have personalised knives done on order. Pocket or kitchen knives, Poly also offers pewterware and crockery and you happily place your complete list of association.
