Chuis bien, chuis Chais Romain. A nice triptych since this address is at the same time: restaurant, wine bar and wine shop. At the helm, a Lyon-based wine enthusiast. An epicurean who, like us, enjoyed tasting the 80 references offered in his cellar. From the entrance, a bar with its colourful high chairs, a friendly counter and shelves where the bottles chosen with love are stored. The kitchen is behind the glass roof. Chef Jonathan's mastery of using only fresh seasonal produce. The chocolate coulant is another marvel. And since we fell in love with wine at the table too, we left with a box! A nugget.
