Unique because this dialogue is taking place between France and Peru in this superb Michelin-starred restaurant on the Brotteaux side of Lyon. An extraordinary culinary journey with chef Carlos Carmino, who creates Peruvian cuisine according to his inspiration and seasonal produce. A unique menu that takes us on a voyage of discovery through the different regions of a country that stretches from the Pacific Ocean, with its delicious fish, to the peaks of the Andes Cordillera.
