un vrai régal !! Quel bonheur de revenir en ce lieu ou l'on peut voyager et apprécier une cuisine sud américaine maîtrisée. Merci chef. Finalement c'est pas si loin le Pérou. A découvrir également les vins sud américains (surtout Chili et Argentine). Bravo aux équipes pour leur simplicité et efficacité.
