Dear Cousins, if I am writing to you today, it is because I am enjoying your "historic" address. Your bagels are tasty, delicious, and they have the good idea to be cut in half for easy eating. I love the contagious good humour of the service, the choice of bagels for all tastes (marinated beef, smoked salmon, duck breast, roast chicken) and the choice of vegetarian bagels.
