Perhaps it's better to take the formula for not having a bad surprise. Another disadvantage, you'd better arrive earlier to have as many choices as possible and enjoy the freshness! As for the dishes, the sushi are appropriate, just like the maki and sashimi. Take away if you do not want to watch the dishes turning. An address which makes you live a change of scenery.

C'est un tapis roulant en U mais ils ont 3 tables (2x3 et 1x2 personnes). C'est plus convivial et ce sont les places que je préfère.
