No cabane tchanquée in Lyon, but a cabane à huîtres, a veritable gourmet institution in the Saxe-Roosevelt district. A genuine restaurant taken over in February 2023 by Stéphane Hall, who has brought his Breton touch, his homeland, to this seafood restaurant where you can now enjoy dishes based on fresh, selected fish, as well as shrimps, langoustines and oysters according to the season. Terrace, air-conditioned dining room to enjoy the natural, iodized flavours of the seasons. Exceptional platters and made-to-measure compositions in this gourmet landmark.
