An authentic restaurant for exceptional meats, matured in refrigerated cupboards like meat jewel cases. Choose from marbled Wagyu, Limousin beef onglet, Salers or Aubrac beef matured for over 60 days, or Auvergne veal chop served straight from the pan! And let's not forget the pig, whose Argot also makes fine sausages and pillows. Excellent wine list, with some exceptional bottles. Prices in line with the quality of the meats.
