STEAK & CO
Often the Futé hears Lyonnais complaining about the lack of good meat restaurants in the city. But do they know at least that there is a life beyond the Peninsula? The Petit Futé rediscovered this address, formerly known as the Maison de l 'Entrecôte, which became Steak & Co. Long terrace along the Vitton course, but especially a superb air-conditioned room, with contemporary decoration by Alain Vavro. A real success that changes the traditional "meat restaurants". The staff were very friendly and helpful. Of course, the specialty of the house is meat. Meats carefully selected among the best races: Charolaise, Salers, Limousine, Aubrac, Angus and Black Angus. Beautiful pieces for carnivores with a kitchen that can respect the product, including cooking: in the purest tradition, aloyau of aloyau, excellent Italian tartare tartare, beef carpaccio, beef coast, not forgetting the essential Steakhouse recipe with its sauce. Entry (lentil salad, green salad, green salad with nuts and house salad) offered with all meats, fresh fries or homemade house at will in accompaniment, to finish with chocolate benefits or a completely Split Banana. Nice wine list.
