Restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere in a chic setting in Lyon.
Chef Grégoire Baratier, who trained at some of the finest restaurants in France, has made his mark on Lyon's culinary scene, drawing inspiration from the great dishes of gastronomy to create his own personalized version. Using only fresh produce from clearly identified producers, the chef follows the seasons to create plates full of original flavors, like these Leeks in date vinaigrette, citrus fruit or this Sweetbread cooked meunière, mashed potatoes, young spring vegetables, morels, reduced veal juice... An astonishing parfait glacé with yellow wine, light porcini mousse and sugar crystals. The wine list is on the same track. The gourmet resistance continues at Jean Moulin.

Le restaurant était très agréablement décoré.
Seule chose que je regrette, avoir été assis à côté de la cuisine qui est semi-ouverte. C’est sympa de voir les employés s’affairer à cuisiner… moins de les entendres s’engueuler, s’envoyer des vannes, entendre « ho non encore un moelleux » quand on vient de commander… pas super pro quand y’a des clients à côté ????
Bref dommage certainement on aurait été assis au fond on aurait rien entendu!
