A restaurant with an ultra-short menu featuring fresh seasonal produce and a fine selection of spirits and wines.

It's not easy in Lyon, and probably even less so in the Brotteaux district, to find a restaurant of this quality offering a daily menu under the €25 mark. The address imagined by Grégoire Laverrière has nothing to hide, opening its kitchen to the eyes of gourmands behind the famous glass roof. Bistronomic cuisine by chef Loïc Vaginay, a sommelier by training who has also taken to the kitchen with talent. With a natural blend of seasonal produce, a fine bistro menu at lunchtime and evening dishes to share in the same spirit of quality and pleasure. A fine selection of wines and spirits, including a magnificent jar of cognac on the bar. Bright.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à La Verrière ! Une très belle découverte, nous qui aimons partager les plats, c'est juste parfait! Une ambiance très agréable, une nourriture bistronomique au top, du bon vin... bravo à toute l'équipe, nous recommandons cette belle expérience, sans hésiter!

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée entre amis, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Les plats étaient délicieux (nous avons pu tester les 8) et Grégoire était très sympathique et de bon conseil, tout en nous transmettant sa passion pour les bons produits. Gros coup de cœur pour la carotte et le poulpe.
Une super adresse à ne pas manquer !

Un moment délicieux passé ce midi à la verrière ! Un service efficace et souriant (souvent l'un ne va pas avec l'autre..). Des plats de qualité : un millefeuille de céleri rave au beurre noisette d'enfer, une joue de cochon confite, fondante et une sauce diablement bonne, enfin, un carrot cake généreux. Le tout pour la petite somme de 24€ EPD ! Une adresse à ne pas manquer sur Lyon indéniablement ! Foncez !!
