Just a stone's throw from the Place du Maréchal Lyautey, Gabriel occupies our minds as soon as it opens. An elegant bistro with pretty blue walls and a window opening onto the Mediterranean. The simplicity of a warm place, a journey of the senses around the pleasures of the table. A charming welcome from Tom, who also serves an excellent selection of wines and prepares cocktails. In the dining room, Julia introduces us to chef Thomas's menu. An ultra-short menu - one meat, one fish, one veggie dish - and gourmet plates of seasonal produce. In the evening, it's all about tapas, sharing and good humor. Living, drinking and eating well at Gabriel's.
