Very comfortable upholstered bench seats, silverware, bronzes, as much good taste that magnify the 19th-century appearance restaurant that bears the Pierre Orsi label. And, when the dishes arrive, we are torn between admiration for the chef and emotion, facing the refinement and the finesse with which the dishes are prepared and taken care. Ballotine of duckling with pistachios, lobster raviolis, saffron cream or Prawns poached with Eastern spices to start. Next, golden scorpionfish fillet, virgin sauce, fennel seed, round fillet of veal stuffed with herbs, simple juice or a lamb shank, simmered in old-fashioned way. Elegance and authenticity in "old-fashioned" way are cheerfully reflected in these dishes, and as for the quality of this address, the kindness of the staff will convince you. Recommended for the exceptional setting as well as for the cuisine.
