From the station of Brotteaux and its amazing decor, we look towards Dombes and Bresse. A brasserie with a refined buffet station's setting with a small advertising train going around the room and many "attractions" which make this place a truly "different" one. One of the breweries at the cardinal points on behalf of Paul Bocuse and one of the most convivial. Chef Cyril Marlard prepares great classic with a Caesar salad of the East, a Bömlo salmon marinated in Scandinavian way, a very delicious homemade foie gras cooked in earthenware or the Lyon-style pan-fried thinly sliced veal liver, veal liver in Lyon's way, the Bresse chicken roasted on a pit, without missing the very traditional rum baba. A serious address as all the Bocuse brasseries.

Située dans l ancienne gare des Brotteaux. Cuisine traditionnel et classique. Fidèle à l esprit Bocuse avec des portions généreuses. Le cadre ravira les petits avec la locomotive électrique qui fait le tour du restaurant sur une galerie en hauteur.

Cadre sympa dans l'ancienne gare avec le petit train qui tourne dans la salle. L'endroit est un peu bruyant comme toujours bondé mais le service est super rapide! La cuisine reste sympa et il y a moyen de s'en tirer pour pas trop cher en prenant les menu du jour. Les gaufres sont très bonnes également, et copieuse, gardez de la place!

Brasserie de la série "Bocuse", je trouve qu'elle a un peu vieilli. L'espace entre les rables est exigu et le petit train nous tourne toujours autour de la tête. Il nous rappelle la fonction primaire du superbe édifice. Carte très large, choix de vins, la cuisine ne vous décevra pas.

Prix relativement cher, carte peu variés, restaurant très bruyant mais il est très bien placé près de l'ancienne gare des brotteaux attire beaucoup de mondes cette brasserie est toujours pleines.
