Restaurant with an adorable welcome and remarkable service in Lyon.

South Korea is better known for its street food than its gourmet cuisine. For Michelin-starred chef Younghoon Lee, it's clear that cooking is not just a pastime, but a passion that led him to the Institut Bocuse, then to the Restaurant Bocuse and Chez Lasserre in Paris, before opening his own restaurant. There's no à la carte menu, just a menu that moves with the seasons, inspired by seasonal produce. Magnificent plates and dishes that delicately blend French cuisine with Korean notes.

Superb menu of eight courses. Every dish was both beatiful and delicious with delicate flavor profile. Thoughtful wine pairing and very friendly and professional staff. Not cheap but very good value for money.

Amazing tasting dinner! We had an 8 course tasting menu and everything was delicious, well balanced, very refined and elegant. Highly recommend!

While visiting Lyon, my wife and I dined at Le Passé Temps. We opted for the 6-course instead of the 8-course due to a late lunch earlier that day. Even without the late lunch I think the 6-course is plenty of (delicious) food. All the courses were amazing. What stands out for me most is how each course was well balanced, truly a work of art. The wine pairing was very well done, waiting-staff also deserve the highest accolades. Highly recommend stop in Lyon:-)

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate.
Made a reservation months ago. Went tonight, from Canada, and they're closed. No heads up, no email or call, just accepted the reservation and made the timing (i.e. they're closed without an explanation, so we showed up to a dark restaurant front) such that we couldn't get into any other place. Inexcusable.
