Restaurant with an adorable welcome and remarkable service in Lyon.
South Korea is better known for its street food than its gourmet cuisine. For Michelin-starred chef Younghoon Lee, it's clear that cooking is not just a pastime, but a passion that led him to the Institut Bocuse, then to the Restaurant Bocuse and Chez Lasserre in Paris, before opening his own restaurant. There's no à la carte menu, just a menu that moves with the seasons, inspired by seasonal produce. Magnificent plates and dishes that delicately blend French cuisine with Korean notes.

Made a reservation months ago. Went tonight, from Canada, and they're closed. No heads up, no email or call, just accepted the reservation and made the timing (i.e. they're closed without an explanation, so we showed up to a dark restaurant front) such that we couldn't get into any other place. Inexcusable.
