With a remarkable career path, training with some of the world's greatest chefs and earning the title of MOF in 2007, Christophe Roure created Le Neuvième Art 20 years ago in the Loire region, before moving to Lyon in 2014. In the Brotteaux district, this chef, who perfectly blends high standards and sensitivity, savoir-faire and creativity, tradition and modernity, creates great emotions in dishes that are intoxicatingly flavorful. Tout était exquis, je reviendrais avec plaisir
