Restaurant always sublime, marveling the papillae in Lyon.

With a remarkable career path, training with some of the world's greatest chefs and earning the title of MOF in 2007, Christophe Roure created Le Neuvième Art 20 years ago in the Loire region, before moving to Lyon in 2014. In the Brotteaux district, this chef, who perfectly blends high standards and sensitivity, savoir-faire and creativity, tradition and modernity, creates great emotions in dishes that are intoxicatingly flavorful. Les 2 étoiles ne sont pas nombreux à Lyon et celui-ci est un peu décevant. Déjà le quartier n'est pas très attrayant, la décoration de la salle est plutôt froide et la cuisine même si elle est parfaite manque de fantaisie comparée à certains étoilés qui n'ont qu'un macaron au Michelin. C'est tout de même une excellente table mais par rapport au prix on pourrait s'attendre à une plus grande originalité.
