Restaurant with an exceptional quality-price ratio and a small terrace in Lyon.

No calculation is required to appreciate Py, the gourmet marriage of two passionate chefs: Pierre Mercier and Yuko Matsumoto, who created Py in Croix-Rousse 14 years ago before moving their bistronomic restaurant to Cours Vitton 6 years ago. Journey through the flavors offered by this Franco-Japanese fusion. Original flavors highlighted by perfectly mastered techniques. The dishes are full of surprises, including veal chuck confit with clementine juice, spinach and polenta with parmesan, and root vegetables with coconut milk. Wonderful combinations at affordable prices, not to mention divine desserts. Exceptional value for money.

Cuisine succulente et recherchée, à la présentation très soignée. Produits de qualité et associations de saveurs absolument délicieuses. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. Un beau restaurant et une vaisselle mettant en valeur chaque plat. Un délicieux moment que l'on ne peut que vous inviter à savourer à votre tour.

Déjeuner du 14 février. Réservation faite en ligne 10 jours avant.
Confusion avec la réservation. On nous trouve une table. Délais long de service annoncé. 1h15 après la commande, enfin arrive le plat et le pain. Vraiment trop long pour rien d’extraordinaire dans l’assiette. Dommage. Le tout dans l’ambiance sonore d’une brasserie. Cela ne me donne pas envie de tester le soir.
Restauration, Métier difficile, probablement manque de mains d’œuvre en cuisine.
Aucun geste commercial en compensation de l’attente.
