A.D.N. of this Bistro B, for Bistronomie et Bonheur, which could well become your plan A, for Amour des Bonnes Choses (ABC), is freshness and flavors above all! Sobriety, with an ultra-short menu and dishes by chef Arthur Mehat. A cuisine based on good seasonal market produce that gives us a taste for life at lunch, with first-rate value for money, and at dinner with real food and wine pairings that aren't too expensive. Thomas Nicolle's wine list is excellent, with a selection of bottles from all the terroirs to take away at caviste prices. All the simplicity and conviviality we love to share.

Le chef est très accueillant et la cuisine délicieuse.
Nous avons choisi en entrée pour le velouté aux champignons et son œuf parfait, les linguini au homard en plat et l’avocat façon cocktail au chocolat pour le dessert (étrange mais bon).
Cerise sur le gâteau, on a inventé un jeu auquel a participer le chef : sous vos reposes couverts, il y a des nom de plat, on a essayé de tous les deviner.
Tres bon moment.
De très belles découvertes au niveau des vins et un accueil impeccable.
Enfin, un très bon rapport qualité prix.
