A sign that offers you a "bis" address. As a second-house uen when one is far from hers. So much more "personal" than a hotel room, the "short duration (from 3 nights up to 3 months) allows to settle in the city. It is ideal for all those who have a professional mission to fulfil in Lyon, but it is also a suitable solution for discovering and visiting the capital of Saplings. All the more so as Christophe Faure and his 95-bis team continue to develop their offer, offering very regularly new apartments in all districts. From studios to 5 rooms, the apartments are not only "decorated". They have a real warm soul. All the comfort is at the disposal of the tenants to facilitate their daily lives and make their stay as pleasant as possible: telephone reception, weekly cleaning, bed linen and toilets provided, unlimited broadband internet access… There is even a partnership for the delivery of meals to "home". The room was very clean and the room was very clean. This is a Smart idea to reside in Lyon.

Do not use!!

We found a lovely apartment through 95 Bis. But we have had huge trouble with this agency. Do NOT take on their suggestions of service people to use. We wanted to use their recommendation of a cleaner as we were leaving for the final lease clean. I had thought, if we use someone they know, he will leave the apartment to a high standard. The cleaner came for a quote, promised me he would steam clean couches and dining chairs. He was exceptionally expensive (500 euro for a 4 bedroom apartment). We paid it, to ensure the apartment was left pristine. Gave the keys back and the final inspection was done. Nothing was mentioned there was a problem. Then, when we received the deposit back for our apartment, we had been charged an additional 350 euro for steam cleaning. I believe this money was scammed from us. The invoice for this that I had to ask about 3 times for is a joke - well after the date we had left and after the new tenants had moved in. If you read other reviews, it seems to have happened before.

We had to wait MONTHS for our deposit back. I emailed about 8-12 times asking for the deposit. There was no response until I threatened action. They were extremely slow.

When there was a problem like the fridge broke down (in a serviced apartment), the managing agent was useless. She really didn't care. Fortunately I had the owner's number and he sorted it out.

My advice is to NOT USE 95 BIS Immobilier. They'll scam you!!! Look elsewhere!!!

La personne responsable des locations est arrogante et n'a aucun respect pour les clients. J'ai dû relancer plusieurs fois pour récupérer ma caution et elle a retiré 300€ pour le ménage malgré le faite que j'ai bien nettoyé l'appartement et elle était en train de salir l'appart avec ses chaussures quand elle m'avait annoncé que je devrais payer pour cela! Je lui ai clairement dit que je ne payerai pas pour une nettoyage supplémentaire mais elle a quand-même retiré cet argent sans mon accord et sans aucun document qui le justifiait malgré beaucoup de relances. Evidemment elle ne répond plus à mes emails.

En plus elle n'était pas de tout réactif quand j'avais des problèmes d'eau chaude.

Donc comme l'avis ci-dessous, il faut présumer que cette agence va vous facturer au moins €300 pour le ménage même si vous rendez l'appart dans le même état. Et n'attendez surtout pas de service client sauf si ça sert leur intérêt.

J'ai loué un appartement à Lyon 6 par l'intermédiaire de cette agence pendant quatre ans.
Toujours absents, ils ne répondent jamais aux mails et rappels. Pour eux, le client n'existe que tant que le contrat n'est pas signé.
Je me considère un client top. En 4 ans je n’ai jamais créé aucune difficulté : j'ai toujours (et je répète toujours), payé à temps, sauf une fois que j'ai annoncé un délai de 5-6 jours par mail pour une affaire personnelle. Au lieu de l'accuser, ils ont immédiatement relancé le paiement...
Lors de mon départ en juillet 2022 j'ai dû solliciter de nombreuses fois pour récupérer 2400€ de caution, qui, enfin, m'ont été restitués au bout de plus de trois mois, bien au-delà des délais imposés par la loi, et surtout diminués de 350€ qu'ils ont retenus sans aucune justification (bien qu'il ait explicitement demandé par écrit de justifier d'éventuelles déductions).
J'ai envoyé une nouvelle demande d'explications, mais rien, toujours pas de réponse !!
Ce manque total de respect est insupportable. Ces gens ne comprennent pas qu'ils vivent grâce à leurs clients, ils les méprisent même, ils sont malhonnêtes et méritent de tous les perdre.

Quand c est bien c est bien Ibis Part-Dieu . Chambre ok un peu vieillotte mais propre. Très bien accueilli. Petit terrasse. À disposition baby foot flipper wifi tablettes. Resto lié courte paille très moyen À vraiment améliorer. Les fruits pourri..jus d orange chimique. Personnel agréable
