Charming hotel with floors in Lyon with renovated rooms and suites that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The park is the Golden Head's. Between nature and the city, this hotel offers you a breath of fresh air with an ideal location in a beautiful area. Adorable welcome from Tatiana who welcomes us as if we were at home. Between nature at the Tête d'Or park and the Part-Dieu district (the TGV station is nearby), the Hôtel du Parc welcomes us upstairs (reception on the1st floor). Rooms renovated in soothing tones, excellent bedding and suites that can accommodate up to 4 people. A charming hotel ideally located.

So, I stayed here for a night. There was an emergency and I have to go to Embassy very early in the morning. This hotel was close and I booked via their website and paid as well. When I arrived there they asked me to pay again, even though I showed them the confirmation mail that I received from their servers it wasn't enough. I also showed my credit card receipt also this one was not enough. Anyway I paid again and called my bank to cancel first online payment. Later on when we got in to the room, the heater was not working. We asked for support and they didn't show any interest. I am not a princess who expects very special treatments, I understand that there could be problems like this. However, they showed zero interest and they were thousands universe away from being helpful. btw. place is newly renovated it seems nice if you pay you get breakfast but it has to be in advance because of the planning and beds are not comfortable.

Room poorly maintained, no daily cleaning service, smell of smoke in the room. Terrible experience. Definitely not worth their 3 stars. TO AVOID.

Chambre étriquée, lit en 140 ce qui est rare de nos jours, odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre mélangée aux égouts, placard très bruyant à l'ouverture et fermeture.

Accueil agréable
Petite déjeuner pain frais bonnes confitures.
